The hotel had ideal location adjacent to the restaurants, bars of soap, and the M&S store in the service. Furthermore, on opposite sites of the motorway.

The beds were big, the rooms were good-sized and extremely pleasant on curtains etc, everything was very good. The room had coffee and a small couch plus safe, provided for safety measures. The hotel's location was central, handily for the restaurants on the site of the services;))

Friendly and helpful reception staff that were approachable when we had a problem with bathroom towels although it took until the following day to filter through to room service. Room and bathroom were clean and kettle and fridge handy.
I am a short person but the shower head was high to the ceiling and difficult to alter also the peep holes in the door are high up. Since I like to have a shower in the morning and evening I was rather surprised that an extra towel was not supplied to replace the floor matt and the flat sheet was small to wrap around me.

No food was available at the hotel which was fine for us . We found a great pub 5 mins drive away The Malt Shovel. The hotel was quite , clean and comfortable.
Perhaps it would have been nice for someone to come in after each night to check supply of tea etc and make the bed.

They gave a standard family room with bedroom, a packet of biscuits, for instance as we booked. The staff was attentive, provided an easy check-in and an easy check-out. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to England, Warwick and Leamington Spa, and nearby restaurant.

Didn't realise the only access was via the motorway, I thought it had a rear access to the country roads behind.

The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable for a good sleep.

Nice grass around, good services (Burger King, WHSmith etc) very close.
Not easy to find, cold room, design poor. Confusing information about parking fees.

Lovely stay with nature vibes
Had a surprisingly nice experience here! The room was super clean, and the bed was super comfy. I loved being near the woods-hearing the birds in the morning was a treat. Plus, all the food options were just a short walk away. Just wish the breakfast was fresher. The milk was off. But overall, great spot!

Efficent, clean, value for money hotel - well situated for business in Birmingham.
You can only access it from the northbound M40 - on a return from Birmingham you have to drive past to next junction and come back again - it would be helpful if this was made clear

Quiet room & comfortable bed at a good price. Nice to see digital TV.
We did not get the excutive room as per booking so there was no fridge in the room which was slightly annoying because we were carrying chilled food needed the next day. Fortunately the ice blocks & cool bag sufficed.
